Return & Refund Policy

At Handmade Rugs Home, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Standard Rugs:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Custom-Made Rugs:
Because custom rugs are made specifically for each customer, custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged Orders:
If your rug arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
